last year by Siemens
after major difficulties
were experienced with
their telephone system
in one of their three
sites.
The problem
The client was unhappy
with their current
telephone maintainer,
as the telephone system
was restarting every
few days, with the
loss of records. The
customer also required
telephone relocation.

of the system and
looked to try to resolve
an issue that caused
it to restart every
few days, for over
a year. Within an
hour of being on site,
we had determined
the problem and updated
software. The problem
was fixed and the
system has not restarted
since.
The telephone relocation
to the new office
went very smoothly.
We sent in a proposal
to maintain the three
sites and won the
contract.
There are over 100
extensions in the
three systems we maintain
and we have dealt
with both the administration
and IT staff to answer
questions when they
have arisen. Marcom
