Voicemail

Our voicemail systems record voice messages, with up to 500 mail boxes, 200 hours recording time and need no analogue ports. They also have an auto attendant function, which allows the caller to press a digit and transfer to the relevant department (for example, press 1 for accounts, 2 for sales etc).

Unified Messaging

Unified Messaging means the integration of voice, fax, e-mail, and SMS. This allows all personal messages to be directed to a user's inbox.

Messages can be retrieved over the phone, via email or via web browser. The services are easy to integrate into your existing communications landscape. Optimized versions are available for MS Exchange, otus Notes, and SAP.
