Title: Senior Telecoms Engineer with Siemens HiPath4000 experience
We are looking for an experienced senior field engineer to join our team.

The Person:
-Is expected currently to be in the role of field support engineer in either the telecommunications or IT fields.
-Must have HiPath4000, Voice Processing and CTI applications experience.
-Would benefit from having experience in: Panasonic, Avaya or CISCO.
-Should be a personable, team-builder, with solid communication skills.
-Must have a proactive approach and able to problem-solve on your own initiative

The Role:
- Support, plan, install, program and maintain telephone systems
- Undertake ongoing training
- Complete paperwork, timesheets etc.
- Any project management experience an advantage

Title: Senior Salesperson

We are looking for an experienced senior salesperson to join our team.

The Person:

- Is expected currently to be in a senior sales role in either the telecommunications or IT fields with 3-5 years experience in Siemens and Avaya systems.

- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets is essential.

- You will need good organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

- You will be goal orientated with good prioritisation skills, with a high level of commercial awareness and be self-motivated.

The Role:

- The main focus of the role is to find, develop and close new business opportunities in accordance with the sales strategy, target markets and acceptable levels of retained GP.

- To work with the entire sales and marketing team to maximize revenue generation and expand Marcom’s client database.
