1600 Series IP Telephones

The 1600 Series of IP Telephones delivers familiar features at an attractive price point for businesses with basic communications needs. These IP phones are ideal for office, branch, and call centre use and can be deployed alongside other Avaya telephones, ensuring that each employee has exactly the functionality needed. Combining the features of traditional and IP telephones, they deliver capabilities often found in higher-priced models.
All models feature backlit displays, high-quality full-duplex speakerphones, and buttons with dual LEDs (red and green) that give the user easy-to-read status information. They can support from three to 16 line appearance/feature keys and display up to four lines. This series includes the 16CC Agent Deskphone, designed specifically for call-centre use.
2400 Series Digital Telephones

Featuring sleek designs, advanced ergonomics, and enterprise-class voice quality, these two-wire digital phones offer a range of features, including paperless button labelling, local call log, and speed-dial directories.
The 2400 Series consists of three models:
· The Avaya 2402 telephone offers a 2x24 display with two call appearances, a listen-only speaker, and 10 fixed function keys.
· The Avaya 2410 telephone has local call log and speed-dial features, a 5x29 display with 12 label-less call appearances, a full-duplex speakerphone, a headset jack, and a range of indicators, softkeys, and fixed-feature keys.
· The Avaya 2420 Digital Telephone integrates with your current infrastructure, providing online upgrades and support. It provides a large-scale display for easy viewing and call control with 24 call-appearance feature buttons.
302D Attendant Console

This 302D Attendant console works behind Avaya Aura™ Communication Manager running that is configured with a two-wire DCP line circuit card. It gives businesses a powerful communications hub, allowing the attendant to place, transfer and manage calls. It can also handle conference calls, or even serve as the centre of communications in an emergency.
The 302D can be connected to an optional expansion model, and comes in three colours: gray, black and Avaya white. It offers a one-line-by-40-character universal display, supporting Katakana, Roman and Euro font character sets. Label languages are Japanese, English, French, Dutch, Spanish Latin America, Italian, German, Canadian French, and Brazilian Portuguese. Two of each label are included with each console.
5400 Series Digital Telephones
Developed specifically to meet the needs of small and midsize businesses, the Avaya 5400 Series Digital Telephones incorporate sleek design, improved ergonomics, flexibility, and enterprise-class voice quality. These two-wire digital phones come in three models, all of which feature paperless button labels, local call log, and speed-dial directories.
· The 5402 model is a cost-effective telephone with features like a 2x24 display and two label-less appearances.
· The 5410 offers more robust capabilities, like a 5x29 display, twelve label-less call appearances, and a two-way speakerphone.
· The 5420 sports features like a large-scale display, online access for near-instant upgrades, and automatic key/button labelling. An available expansion unit provides 24 additional programmable buttons with associated display label and status icons.
5600 Series IP Telephones

Developed for small and medium businesses, the 5600 Series IP Telephones deliver an extensive set of software features, high audio quality, and an attractive streamlined design. They are simple to use and highly reliable, with sophisticated security capabilities such as media encryption and protection from denial-of-service attacks.
The entry-level 5602 IP Telephone has a 2x24 display, an integrated two-port Ethernet switch, and support for static and dynamic IP address assignment.
The 5610 and 5621 models offer advanced Web-enabled graphical displays, supporting browser-based applications such as online order entry and inventory lookup, in addition to traditional voice applications such as call logging. Both support optional Virtual Private Network (VPN) software, eliminating the need for a VPN device at the remote location.
9600 Series Avaya one-X® Deskphone

This line of IP deskphones offers a range of capabilities:
· The 9610 is for walk-up use in common areas. It offers a large display, basic calling features, and accesses simple applications like building directories.
· The 9620 offers robust features, like status lights and buttons, and improved audio quality. A Power over Ethernet (PoE) Class 1 model has very low power consumption.
· The 9630 and 9640 support professionals who depend on phones. These models have advanced IP telephony features, including mobility applications.
· The 9650 is for receptionists and contact center agents—anyone who manages large call volumes—and delivers advanced capabilities like built-in button functions for one-touch access to bridges and feature keys.
· The 9670G helps increase user productivity. Its large touch screen provides access to contacts and applications. An onscreen keyboard makes using features easy.
